Please visit the Reservations tab in TownSq to view the reservation calendar and available amenities. A signed reservation agreement and payment must be submitted before any request is approved in TownSq. 

Once you have placed a request for a Reservation, please complete the *ASOR Function Request & Reservation Agreement* and turn in to the office with payment.

Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before the Function are subject to forfeiture of the reservation fee.
